Commissions Pricing and Terms of Service
Price/Process/Timeline
- Waitlist - first come, first served
- Delivery time - 1 to 2 weeks
- Updates available - WIP sketches for feedback
- 50% upfront (non-refundable deposit after 24 hours)
- 50% invoiced upon completion (before high-res file delivery)
Client Responsibilites
- Please provide a clear description: map details and any extra information
- Provide feedback on sketches along the process
Cancellations/Refunds
- The client may cancel the order and receive a refund within 24 hours of order processing.
Additional Terms of Service - Copyright and Usage:
- You receive images for personal use and social media.
- We retain the right to display art in the portfolio and gallery, and on social media.
- NO COMMERCIAL USE (e.g. merch, books, etc.) (Contact us at chancery@scribes-guild.com for commercial license request.
